Ales for ALS logo

Ales for ALS is an international fundraising campaign started in 2013 by Yakima Valley Hops. The program leverages the craft beer community to raise ALS awareness and funding to help find a cure. Breweries create special beers using donated hops from Yakima Valley and return a portion of proceeds to fund ALS research. Since 2013, over $5 million has been raised from breweries in 47 states and 6 countries.

El Camino

El Camino IPA is brewed with the 2023 Ales for ALS hop blend provided by Yakima Chief Hops. A light body IPA with flavor of melon and citrus at first sip, finishing with moderate, building bitterness. Each pint of this beer raises money for ALS research, and is brewed for the uncle of our head brewer who is currently battling ALS.
